1)  EVERYONE (MX Riders, Jeepers & Spectators) MUST SIGN THE ONLINE WAIVER @ 508INTL.COM/WAIVER

2) * NEW Additional MINOR WAIVER FORM REQUIRED for all MINOR Moto Riders!!

NOTE: This Form is REQUIRED FOR ANY RIDER UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

–> BOTH parents/ guardians need to be present to sign (if unable to sign in person- your signature must be notarized accordingly).

–> LEGAL proof is REQUIRED if there is only one parent and/ or guardian.
